Andrew and Catrin Davies are the Directors of Crosswood Property Services Limited (CPS Ltd), and both are proud of their local roots in Aberystwyth, across Ceredigion and mid Wales.

Cadfan Davies, Andrew & Catrin's son, has now taken over management of CPS Ltd after working for the company for a multitude of years and gaining a vast, in depth knowledge of the company's workings.;

We have been providing the people and businesses of Mid Wales with a professional and comprehensive service for over ten years, and you can be confident that our work can be trusted as we are accredited by CHAS (www.chas.co.uk) and www.constructionline.co.uk

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, and all of our tradesmen are locally trained.
CPS Ltd also offers a bespoke service that is tailored to meet the needs of our clients, and we will take into account your needs as we design and complete the work, making sure that we offer great value for money as well as completing the work in a timely fashion.

CPS Ltd provides maintenance, refurbishment and adaptations for a range of Public organisations such as Ceredigion County Council, Aberystwyth University, POBL Housing Association, Cantref, Family and Mid Wales Housing Associations.
